Job Title: Legal Counsel

At Camino Partners Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. As an in-house legal expert, you will play a crucial role in navigating the complex landscape of contracts across the UK, Europe, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and develop efficient processes to mitigate commercial risk.
  • Provide top-notch training to regional teams on contract management and compliance.
  • Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services, including permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team to craft solid commercial models for new ventures in both new and existing territories.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure compliance with NES Fircroft's Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).
Requirements:
  • Qualified for at least 1 year with strong experience at either a law firm or an in-house legal department.
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in Europe.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts.
