Our client is a leading online fashion retailer based in the UK, known for their trend-led styles and collaboration with celebrities and influencers.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Design Manager to lead and manage our womenswear design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading the design team to deliver high-quality designs that align with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Collaborating with celebrities and influencers to create unique styles.
  • Overseeing the design process from concept to production.
  • Presenting design ideas and final ranges to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Fostering a creative and positive environment within the design team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • A design handwriting adaptable to popular fast-fashion dresses, tops, outerwear, etc.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and similar.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills and highly adaptable.
