About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team at Spicerhaart, the UK's largest independent property services group. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for valuing properties, developing strong relationships with vendors, and generating new and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Valuing properties and providing accurate valuations to clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales techniques
  • Completing contracts on properties and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Upselling additional products and services to clients
  • Preparing brochures and marketing materials for properties
  • Canvassing the local area and door knocking to promote properties

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with others
  • Basic IT skills and ability to work under own initiative
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
