About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at ICA. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the CEECA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales and revenue performance.
  • Identify, engage, and attract new business opportunities in the CEECA region.
  • Manage and grow a key account portfolio, ensuring strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to manage and grow a network of partners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales Director to generate leads and develop marketing strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, working with the Product team to ensure ICA's services meet customer requirements in the region.
Requirements
  • Proven commercial success in a high-growth international business environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects.
  • Resilient and tenacious, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive business development.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and network well at all levels.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in the professional training and qualifications sector.
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services and other regulated sectors.
  • Knowledge of the AML, Financial Crime Prevention, KYC & CDD, Sanctions, Enterprise Wide Risk Management, and GRC landscape.
