Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Junior Business Analyst to join our team at Tarsh Partnership I Sourcing Marketing Talent. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our senior consultants on various projects, including commercial due diligence, market research, and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Support senior staff on project assignments, including commercial due diligence and market research
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track market data and trends
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior staff and clients

Requirements:

  • Good degree from a Russell Group or similar leading overseas university
  • 1-4 years' experience in a strategy consulting or analytical role
  • Outstanding numerical reasoning skills, an analytical frame of mind, energy and creativity, and the confidence to work closely within a senior, but supportive, team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good commercial acumen
  • High level of drive and personal initiative as you'll be working independently for much of your time
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Very good English (native or fluent) plus one other European language
  • A valid driving licence
