Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Communications and Fundraising Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain valuable experience in both communication strategies and fundraising initiatives within a vibrant and impactful environmental organization.

Role Summary:
In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting our organization's mission to engage the community, enhance fundraising efforts, and promote awareness of environmental issues through the utilization of natural green spaces.

Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze data to support fundraising and communication strategies.
  • Assist in both digital and traditional communication efforts.
  • Conduct strategic research to inform initiatives.

Team Environment:
You will be part of a small, passionate team committed to making a positive impact on climate sustainability, biodiversity, and community health through increased engagement.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of digital communication best practices. Familiarity with fundraising principles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role.
  • Proficiency in data entry, database management, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with website content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Basic skills in graphic design and content creation using design software.
