About the Role

Rapid7 is seeking a skilled Marketing Copywriter to join our Content Team. As a Marketing Copywriter, you will partner with teams across the business to deliver compelling content that promotes thought leadership and drives product conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality marketing copy for various formats, including blogs, eBooks, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to transform technical content into engaging stories that reach the wider cybersecurity community.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing on SEO initiatives and ensure all content is optimized for search and user experience.
  • Work with designers to bring your writing to life and ensure consistency across templates.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-quality content that showcases your writing skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of writing experience, preferably in the B2B technology/SaaS space.
  • Strong portfolio of high-quality content that demonstrates your writing skills.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to varying target audiences and content formats.
  • Strong SEO research skills and experience with content optimization.
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
