About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Software Engineer to contribute to the development of a Debian Linux Network Operating System (NOS) to support customers in developing and deploying their virtualized networks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in C coding and Python, with a strong understanding of Linux OS and open source software development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing L2/L3 networking technologies, Routing/IP, IPv6, ISIS, OSPF, BGP
  • Developing software for Data Forwarding paths (Software, Hardware)
  • Working with network merchant silicon chipsets and whitebox platforms
  • Troubleshooting large-scale deployments
  • Managing manageability frameworks such as Yang/XML
  • Utilizing virtualization technologies such as Intel DPDK, SR-IOV, etc
  • Using the Atlassian tool suite, Git, Jenkin

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
