Job Description

Sja's West is seeking a highly skilled District Training Delivery Officer to join our team.

About the Role

As a District Training Delivery Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the district's training needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a link between the regional training function and the district, ensuring that training plans are developed and implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Unit Training Leads, Unit Managers, and Area Managers to support the implementation of the training plan.
  2. Volunteer to assist the training lead in arranging courses in various training venues.
  3. Work closely with the district training lead to develop an effective training plan that meets clearly identified organisational needs.
  4. Provide guidance and support to the district to ensure that training is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of training and development principles and practices.
