About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement paid search strategies to expand into new markets and accelerate growth across our book portfolio
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure SEO activities are optimally placed and aligned with performance marketing goals
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver detailed performance reports and strategic plans
  • Certify internal and external deadlines are met, ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Manage resources and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering performance marketing results
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon Ads and ability to leverage paid search strategies to drive business growth
  • Understanding of PPC levers and ad optimization metrics (CVR, CPC, ROAS) on campaigns
  • Experience working with stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and reports
  • Data-driven approach to marketing, with ability to execute technical marketing campaigns across multiple brands
