We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Team in managing quantity surveying responsibilities alongside other team members. This role is essential for ensuring effective financial and contractual oversight on all assigned contracts within the London Division. The position involves both office and project-based work, with the option for occasional remote work.

Role Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving favorable commercial outcomes through precise financial reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor supplier accounts, ensuring full entitlements under the contract are secured both financially and contractually.
- Identify, secure, and deliver on business forecasts in terms of turnover and margin.
- Manage subcontract orders in alignment with the main contract, ensuring timely and accurate payments while resolving any commercial issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against project timelines.
- Ensure that applications for payment and invoices are accurately completed and submitted to meet payment terms and cash flow targets.
- Facilitate the financial closure of projects, ensuring all costs and values are accurately recorded in accordance with financial schedules.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a reputable main contractor.
- Demonstrated capability in managing project packages valued at £10 million or more.
- Relevant construction qualifications.
