Description du Poste
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, de la recherche de candidats à l'intégration.
- Encadrer et former un membre de l'équipe.
- Diriger des campagnes de recrutement pour des postes de haut niveau.
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des outils et des processus pour identifier et cartographier les talents.
- Développer de nouvelles méthodes pour sourcer des candidats et gérer un vivier de talents.
- Établir un réseau solide au sein de la communauté éducative.
- Participer à divers projets, y compris l'intégration de systèmes et superviser les campagnes de recrutement.
- Fournir des conseils et des orientations aux responsables.
- Former les responsables à l'utilisation efficace du système.
- Assurer le respect des normes de recrutement sécurisé et de protection.
- Développer et maintenir des relations avec les parties prenantes.
- Analyser et rendre compte de votre vivier de talents pour garantir le respect des SLA convenus.
- Diriger le recrutement international et avoir une bonne compréhension des visas internationaux.
- Assister à la gestion des relations avec les agences de recrutement.
Profil Recherché
- Expérience préalable dans un environnement éducatif ou avec des universitaires est essentielle.
- Expérience complète en recrutement est indispensable.
- Expérience dans la direction de projets est requise.
- Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative dans un environnement de soutien.
- Expérience en gestion du recrutement à l'étranger et des visas internationaux est essentielle.
