Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lloyds Banking Group. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of the order delivery process while addressing any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for drivers, providing updates on order progress, modifications, or delays through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and our dealer network to facilitate seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Address driver inquiries, offering essential information and anticipating potential challenges throughout the delivery journey.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by swiftly resolving issues and taking ownership of intricate cases.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
