Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Support Officer to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our Disrepair Team, you will be responsible for managing the Disrepair Mailbox, maintaining the Disrepair Database, and processing Disrepair Claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Disrepair Mailbox and ensure timely response to client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Disrepair Database
  • Process Disrepair Claims and ensure successful outcomes
  • Support the management of Claims to ensure a successful outcome
  • Issue and manage orders in the housing management system
  • Process supplier invoices and monitor supplier programmes of work
  • Analyse Disrepair data and generate reports to provide actionable insights
  • Action point taking for team, supplier, and other meetings
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal colleagues and external suppliers to deliver an effective and efficient Disrepair service

Requirements

  • Disrepair experience preferred, but not required - training will be provided
