Healthcare Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care training to our staff.
Care Outlook Ltd is a leading healthcare provider that supports vulnerable adults to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes. As a Health and Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs that meet the needs of our staff and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Deliver training programs for Care Workers, including Mandatory requirements, Induction, and CPD
- Assess Trainee learning and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate and complete records of training
- Undertake continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
- Achieve and meet targets for training
- Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle
- Passion for supporting learners and understanding the importance of delivering Health and Social Care programs that meet CQC requirements
- Teaching and Education qualification (e.g., Level 3 AET, PTTLS, CTLLS)
- Background in care
- Experience maintaining effective recording systems
- Basic Life Support TTT (Adults and Pediatrics)
- Moving and Handling Train the Trainer
