About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Trainer to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices in residential childcare settings, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and regulations in Health and social care.
  • Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to support apprentices' on-the-job learning as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in health and social care management.
  • Recognised teaching or training qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in health and social care.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
