About the Team

The team engages in extensive, multi-faceted projects, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the essential challenges and risks involved. They oversee the entire lifecycle of financing transactions, from initial term sheets and lender requests for proposals to financial closure and post-closure advisory services.

The clientele includes a variety of UK and international financial institutions, renewable energy developers, oil and gas companies, infrastructure funds, private equity firms, and utility providers.

Role Responsibilities

This position is transactional in nature and may encompass various sectors, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, telecommunications, and transportation. The successful candidate will collaborate with other departments and international offices of the firm.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Experience in a large commercial firm with a recognized energy practice is preferred.

Montgomery Advisory is open to considering candidates who are more specialized and looking to expand their skill set, including those from Australia and New Zealand.

Preferred qualifications include:
