We are looking for two committed and skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialists to join our team at a well-regarded Business Park in Carlisle. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and facilities.
  • Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Address minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
  • Oversee infrastructure maintenance including drainage, civil works, and other general repairs.
  • Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
  • Keep records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Assist with landscaping and general upkeep of the premises.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with joinery, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
  • Competence in safely operating hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
