We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to individual needs and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all swimmers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
- Stay up-to-date with Swim England qualifications and best practices
- Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities
