Swim Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities

As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
