SENIOR INSURANCE ACCOUNT BROKER

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Account Broker to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Senior Insurance Account Broker, you will be responsible for taking over an existing book of commercial insurance business and providing a market-leading broking service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take over an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients and develop strong relationships with them to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their insurance requirements, including risk management and policy optimization.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions for our clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and ensure our clients are aware of any changes that may impact their insurance needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in account management and business development.
  • Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
