Senior Insurance Account Broker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Account Broker to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role and progress your career in the commercial insurance industry.

About the Role

As a Senior Insurance Account Broker, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of commercial insurance business, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also have the opportunity to take on a mentorship position and potentially lead a team of brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with insurers to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Account Broker, Account Handler, or Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Cert CII as a minimum qualification, with Dip CII advantageous.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary up to £45,000.
  • CII qualification support.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days working from home per week.
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
