Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Active Personnel. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect manufactured products to ensure they meet requirements and specifications
  • Responsible for inspecting cast ductile iron and steel castings for turbo/manifold and general engineering sectors
  • Develop and implement measurement programs for all parts
  • Approve or reject raw and machined castings based on quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with metrology equipment, 3D scanning, and 3D software
  • Ability to read and follow inspection references, work instructions, and quality documents
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in machining and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
  • Ability to operate CAD software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
