About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our MEP Team, you will play a crucial role in developing the Mechanical Design team and contributing to the delivery of outstanding sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality mechanical building services for complex projects
  • Collaborate with discipline leads, construction, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Work closely with external supply chains to drive engineering solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support business needs
  • Lead and manage projects, making decisions and acting on initiative
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years UK building services experience
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, with strong project leadership skills
  • Experience with Hevacomp, AutoCAD, or Revit software
  • Knowledge of British and/or European standards, legislation, and working practices
  • Strong problem-solving techniques and good communication skills
