Pro Talent is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join their team in Farnham. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory regulations.
- Process payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and other relevant information.
- Verify and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Generate payroll reports, analyze data, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Previous experience as a Payroll Supervisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
