Senior Configuration Engineer

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Configuration Engineer to join their team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Configuration Engineer to support the Configuration Manager of various projects, including responsibility for product definition and/or configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Configuration Manager in ensuring accurate product definitions and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the Configuration Management group and build strong relationships.
  • Plan and deliver own workload, reflecting engineering input into design definitions and structures.
  • Manage design definitions for multiple product variants and review engineering changes for respective projects.
  • Provide draft Configuration Management document updates to the project Configuration Manager.

Requirements:

  • High level of knowledge regarding principles of Configuration Management and application within an engineering environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and positively promote the Configuration Management group.
  • Strong planning and delivery skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using PLM tools, such as Windchill.
