About the Role:
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals with a robust academic foundation in Hydrology or Civil Engineering and a proven track record in conducting Flood Risk Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, and Drainage Strategies for various planning applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and review comprehensive Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies for planning applications.
- Utilize software such as Microdrainage or Causeway Flow for detailed drainage design, particularly for residential projects.
- Engage in Flood Estimation and Project Management tasks as required.
- Collaborate on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and retail sectors for both private and public clients.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- A strong academic background in Hydrology or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in completing or reviewing detailed drainage designs.
- Familiarity with Flood Estimation and Project Management is advantageous.
