Senior Flood Risk Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flood Risk Consultant to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and retail developments, for private and public sector clients and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete, review, and amend Flood Risk Assessments, Flood Estimation, Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications, and detailed SuDS design using Microdrainage and Causeway Flow.
  • Conduct Hydrological Assessments and review Hydraulic Modelling.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on flood risk management.
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background in Hydrology or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience completing Flood Risk Assessment, Surface Water Management Plans, and Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
  • Proficiency in Microdrainage or Causeway Flow software.
  • Chartered status or close to achieving it.
