About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our Buildings Civil Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering coordinated civil engineering design solutions for major projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality civil engineering design solutions from RIBA workstage 1 to 5.
  • Develop innovative drainage strategies that contribute to a well-balanced holistic solution for our clients, promoting biodiversity net gain while minimizing the project's carbon footprint.
  • Apply and promote policies relating to health and safety, quality, and training.
About You
  • A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and professionally qualified at IEng or CEng level with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
  • Proficient in leading and managing all aspects of project delivery from RIBA stage 1 to 5.
  • Have a high degree of technical competence with demonstrable appreciation of sustainable drainage design.
