Key Responsibilities:

As a Versatile Maintenance Technician, you will:
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Utilize strong fault-finding skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Oversee on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Conduct both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Engage with mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, motors, and conveyors.
  • Work on electrical components such as light ballasts, emergency lighting, and control panels.
  • Maintain composure under pressure while delivering excellent service.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
