Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Competency in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive salary of £53,800 + overtime
  • A 4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hours) shift pattern
