Key Responsibilities:- Process a high volume of invoices and raise purchase orders
- Update ledgers and existing accounts
- Set up new suppliers and manage supplier queries
- Allocate cash payments and direct debits
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable processes

- Attention to detail and high accuracy
