Business Opportunity Overview

This is a unique self-employed retail operator opportunity with JW Lees Pub Partnerships Careers. As a self-employed retail operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of The Saracens Head pub, while JW Lees will take care of all the running costs, including stock, utilities, business rates, and other expenses.

Pub Details

The Saracens Head is a great community pub surrounded by houses and with a busy village centre less than 1/2 mile away. It is a favourite with the local residents and well known for charity events and supporting the local community. The pub has period features throughout, including a main bar, games area, and lounge bar with plenty of adjoining snug rooms all with feature fireplaces. There is a private courtyard and car parking for up to 30 cars at the rear of the pub.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation comprises of kitchen, lounge, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, and office. The accommodation is to be refurbished as part of the project.

Trading Facilities

The pub has a pool table and darts board, providing facilities for the games team and customers alike. There is also great viewing for all sports with both SKY/TNT on offer. At weekends, enjoy entertainment with the extensive product range of cask and keg beers, wines, and spirits.
