What You'll Get:

The Saracens Head is a fantastic community pub surrounded by houses and located in the heart of Stockton Heath. The pub has a rich history, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for hosting charity events and supporting the local community.

As the self-employed retail operator, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management. You'll also have the opportunity to grow the business by developing new initiatives and partnerships.

Private Accommodation:

The private accommodation comprises a kitchen, lounge, three double bedrooms, bathroom, and office. The accommodation is to be refurbished as part of the project, providing a comfortable and modern living space.

Trading Facilities:

The pub has period features throughout, including a main bar, games area, and lounge bar with snug rooms. There's also a private courtyard and car parking for up to 30 cars at the rear of the pub.
