Key Qualifications:

  • We seek candidates who demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a readiness to work varied hours to fulfill project demands. Willingness to travel is essential.
  • Applicants must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to personal transportation.
  • Proven experience in SHEQ positions, with a solid track record of overseeing safety and health protocols across diverse locations.
  • A NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
  • A thorough understanding of SHEQ management frameworks is crucial.

Main Duties:

  • Offer expert advice on SHEQ compliance, including guidance on applicable legislation and industry best practices.
  • Lead or assist in incident investigations, analyze data, and present insights to management with recommendations for future prevention.
  • Collaborate with the SHEQ team to formulate a comprehensive strategy and ensure its execution alongside management.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, including KPI targets and SHEQ metrics.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee their ongoing monitoring.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the company's accreditations and readiness for internal assessments.
