About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Paul Mason. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a safe and legal working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
