Contribute to the achievement of site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
Be accountable for the production of high-quality products that meet our quality standards.
Support the delivery of Short Interval Control and Project Gold Standard initiatives.
Proactively identify and implement waste reduction opportunities, driving our "see it, flag it, fix it" ethos.
Perform daily plant start-up integrity checks and ensure effective communication with all site departments to achieve operational excellence.
