Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including building repairs, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Carry out minor painting and decorating tasks.
- Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
- Repair leaking taps and washers.
- Conduct quarterly gutter and gully clearance.
- Perform annual PPM and reactive repairs to roller shutters.
- Assist with car park and yard works.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
