Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor

About the Role:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor to join its expanding department. As a Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to engage in business development and manage your own caseload without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, company and business sales, company restructures, joint ventures, intellectual property, refinancing, and cross-border transactions.
  • Provide comprehensive corporate and commercial services to a diverse range of clients, including new business start-ups, SMEs, large national organisations, and charitable organisations.
  • Engage in business development to build your own caseload and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in corporate and commercial matters.
  • Ability to manage your own caseload without supervision.
