Qualifications: A degree, HNC, or HND in quantity surveying, construction, or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit proficiency in Excel and familiarity with various specialized cost management software.
  • Oversee, assess, and report on financial aspects for assigned projects within a portfolio.
  • Generate detailed project reports.

Analyze and manage project cost data, identify discrepancies, and present findings to the Project Manager along with viable solutions.

Prepare comprehensive reports tailored to support analysis and fulfill specific project requirements.


Additional Duties:
  • Gather, validate, and submit personnel costs to the finance team for invoicing.
  • Ensure that Estimates at Completion (EAC) are calculated using industry-standard techniques, such as the latest resource schedules and Earned Value Management (EVM) productivity, to maintain precise and dependable forecasting.
