Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and health and safety procedures.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50.
