Lead Our Sales Efforts and Drive Growth in the South of England

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Account Manager to champion FireClass products and expand our market presence in the South of England. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating hot sales, proactively seeking out new accounts and opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive top and bottom-line growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and present technical information at board level.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps for setting up new Fire Systems Integrators.
  • Support events and align with other JCI brands to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

Requirements:
  • Previous success in sales management and account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector.
  • Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales in fire detection or security/intrusion.
  • Strong ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding relationships across organizations.
  • Proficiency in developing successful sales plans and fostering teamwork.
  • Valid UK driving license.
