About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our team at Alstom. As an Engineering Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our engineering deliverables and managing the quality of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of engineering deliverables, including design reviews and testing.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
