Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a balanced team and implement key processes and best practices.
  • Frequent liaison with the venue and senior leadership team to agree strategy and direction of travel.
  • Ensure all activities have a clear purpose and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead a safe and hygienic operation, complying with all Company and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Everton team, Aramark stakeholders, and contractors to plan and deliver the mobilisation project.
  • Ownership of the day-to-day delivery of consistent and exceptional product quality and service standards.
  • Drive our guest focus culture through consistently demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of hospitality standards and venue needs.
  • Appoint, lead, and manage the operational permanent team to ensure consistent and effective operational delivery.
  • Financially accountable for all operational costs and profitability of the operation.

Requirements:

  • Naturally confident leader with senior management experience.
  • Experienced in leading the implementation of projects and change programmes.
  • Confidently able to manage a mixed portfolio of outlets and business functions.
  • Passionate about people and building and developing teams.
  • Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence all stakeholder levels.
  • Previous P&L accountability.
