About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our Service Department operations at Big Motoring World. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of Service Department operations, including workflow management, staff training, and performance monitoring.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Coach and motivate employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including updating spreadsheets, checking vehicle schedules, and ensuring all courtesy cars are taxed and have up-to-date MOTs.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Management: Strong operational management skills, with experience of managing workflows, staff training, and performance monitoring.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Manual Driving Licence: A valid manual driving licence is required for this role.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,000 per year
