Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our region and supporting our Managing Director in achieving our business objectives.

• Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Lead the Finance Team: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the leadership team and external stakeholders.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and manage financial risk to minimize exposure.
• Business Partnership: Work closely with other business functions to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and drive growth.

• ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualification: Hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have significant experience in a senior finance role.
• Experience in the Housebuilding Industry: Have experience in the housebuilding industry, with a strong understanding of financial control, accounting, forecasting, and commercial/finance business partnering.
• Strong Financial Management Skills: Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proficient IT Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have experience with financial software systems.
