We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure the performance of services against agreed customer SLAs
  • Build and maintain working relationships with customers
  • Create reports on performance
  • Hold regular reviews with customers
  • Be a point of escalation for customer issues
  • Work with the sales team to develop proposals for new customers
  • Ensure SLA adherence on contracts
  • Create presentations for prospect customers
  • Participate in bid teams and own questions for transition and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a tech MSP or multi-customer environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service to clients
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
