Position Overview

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our industrial processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensuring all electrical systems are functioning optimally.
  • Electrical Maintenance: Performing maintenance on various plant machinery, including overhead cranes, processing equipment, roller conveyors, and stacking systems.
  • AC/DC Electrical Systems: Handling maintenance tasks related to both AC and DC electrical systems, including three-phase systems.
  • Installation and Project Work: Engaging in installation projects and contributing to system upgrades.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification (Apprentice Trained).
  • Experience in a heavy industrial environment, such as concrete, steel, bulk handling, processing, or recycling.
Work Schedule

This position operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule, covering both day and night shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM.
