Site Services Engineer Opportunity

Zenith People is working with a leading manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Site Services Engineer on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain primary building services, including compressed air, chilled water, and DI water plant, gas-fired steam boiler, and LTHW plant.
  • Oversee incoming utilities, including water, natural gas, and site drainage.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and schedules for site services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and approved codes of practice, including FMEA and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate and manage external contractors, including contractor management.
  • Manage major breakdown incidents, restoration, and corrective maintenance.
  • Prepare and control annual Capex and Opex budgets.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Site / Building Services.
  • Electrical Engineering experience, including LV distribution and BMS system knowledge.
  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant site services or mechanical engineering role.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance requirements.
  • Strong PC skills, including MS applications, MS Project, and AutoCad / Revit or similar applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
