- Liaise with the factory on delivery dates
- Conduct stock takes
- Assist with general administration tasks
- Update spreadsheets and complete formulas
- Experience in processing sales orders in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Ability to raise purchase orders and sales invoices
- Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft packages
- A competitive hourly rate dependent on experience
- Free parking on site and accessible by public transport
- A flexible 15-hour per week schedule, Monday to Friday
